Dany is Co-Founder and Partner of Fikra Consultants, Canada. He is the leader of the Sales Practice.

Dany has over 21 years of experience in designing and deploying sales strategies that deliver measurable and sustainable results.

Dany worked with multinational consumer products companies as well as top-tier consultancy firms to develop and implement sales and route-to-market strategies, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness and change management programs that led to revenue and productivity improvement across geographies and channels.

Some of Dany’s notable transformations within the consumer products industry include: route-to-market strategy for a global private label manufacturer and retailer that enabled market penetration of the first beverage of its category, key account channel sales coverage model that resulted in an improvement of stock returns and product availability, change management roadmap that supported speed of adoption – ultimate utilization and proficiency of targeted team, as well as innovative framework for sales target setting, monitoring and review.

Prior to joining Fikra, Dany founded and managed RTM Dynamics – a boutique consulting firm based in Dubai – that provided route-to-market solutions to leading organizations. Dany partnered with global and regional clients including EY and Kantar. Dany also took on leadership roles with Diageo Global Travel Middle East as Head of Sales MENA, with Sirocco Heineken Dubai as Area Business Manager Domestic & Travel retail channels and with Almaza Heineken as the Head of the Export division. Earlier in his career, he worked with Danone Beverages and TotalEnergies.

Dany earned a Masters in International Trade from Paris School of Business (France) in 2004. He is a Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci Canada.
